During the HB2 protests on moral Mondays at North Carolinas state capitol building, A performance occurred where I dressed as a banker yielding a 10 foot tall pencil carrying a large legal checkbook. I proceeded to write and erase checks to the future education of North Carolina. Thirty six checks were written and erased during the two hour protest. After the protest I was able to meet with the governor who wanted to take a photo with the object, because of his background in education.
